Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day hub operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Monitor inbound, sorting, dispatch, and last-mile delivery operations.
Manage delivery associates and hub staff, including attendance and productivity.
Ensure timely dispatch and achievement of delivery SLAs.
Monitor RTO, NDR, undelivered shipments, and aging shipments.
Maintain inventory accuracy and prevent loss, damage, or pilferage.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and operational processes.
Track operational KPIs and prepare daily reports.
Coordinate with central operations, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Resolve operational issues and escalations at the hub level.
