7+ years of overall IT experience with robust hands-on IAM experience.
Strong experience in IAM solution architecture, design, implementation, and integration.
Hands-on experience with at least one leading IAM/IGA/PAM platform such as:

Okta
Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
Ping Identity
ForgeRock
Solid understanding of IAM concepts including:
Identity lifecycle management
Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML)
Access provisioning/deprovisioning
RBAC/ABAC
SSO
MFA
Federation
Access governance
Application onboarding
Identity integrations
Experience developing or configuring IAM integrations using APIs, connectors, directories, databases, and enterprise applications.
Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex IAM solutions.
Experience in requirements gathering, client workshops, solution design, and technical documentation.




Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery models.
Ability to independently own and deliver complex IAM projects.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
Experience leading IAM strategy and roadmap engagements.
IAM maturity assessments and target operating model.
IAM product/vendor evaluation and selection.
RFP/RFI, presales, and business-development experience.
Experience mentoring technical teams.
Knowledge of cloud IAM and identity security.
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP identity services.
Knowledge of PAM, CIEM, Zero Trust, and modern identity security.
IAM certifications such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft, or relevant security certifications.
