Qualification
Diploma/B.Tech/B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, networking, and peripheral-related issues.
Handle hardware installation, upgrades, replacement, and preventive maintenance.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware and basic software issues.
Maintain records of IT assets, hardware inventory, and equipment allocation.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network connectivity issues.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, purchases, and warranty support.
Ensure proper backup, security, and functioning of IT systems.
Support CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and other office IT equipment when required.





Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, and switches.
Knowledge of Windows OS and common office applications.
Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and provide timely technical support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
