Role & responsibilities

Job Purpose:

The role holder is responsible for ensuring secure operation in the plant and support production team for continuous operation without breakdown.

:
All instruments to be calibrated as per the ISO standards (ISO-17025 )
Continuous monitoring of all the CCPs and OPRP equipments / instruments.
Focus on continuous operation and maintenance activity in the plant.
Prepare PM schedule and follow the PM activity as per the schedule.
Installation and commissioning of field instruments like Temperature, pressure, conductivity, pH, flow, level sensors and performing their calibration.
Making changes in HMI (Human machine Interface) and PLC (Programming Logic Controller)
Maintenance of PLC control panels, Motor operated valves, pneumatic operated Gates and solenoid operated valves.
Basic Trouble shoots of PLC and SCADA systems. (Allen Bradley, Honeywell,



Siemens, and delta make)
Limit setting for actuators of valves. (samson, Rotex, dembla)
Weighing scale and weighbridge calibration.

Qualification & Experience:
Educational qualifications : BE (E&TC;/BE Instrumentation)
Relevant experience : 3 to 6 Years

Key Interactions: Internal: Interact with purchase and production department

External: Interact with weighing & stamping officers

Knowledge:
Knowledge in ISO standards (ISO-17025 and FSSC)
Knowledge on relevant departments (Production, QAD & Dispatch) activities.
