Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Intern - Trainee to join our organisation. The Intern will receive on-the-job training and gain exposure to the complete home loan process, including customer acquisition, documentation, field verification, coordination with Credit and Operations, and customer servicing.

Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic communication.
Assist in calling prospective customers and understanding their home loan requirements.
Support collection of KYC, income, property, and other required documents.
Coordinate with customers for pending documentation and case follow-ups.
Assist the team in processing home loan applications as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams for smooth case processing.
Maintain accurate customer and application records in the system.
Follow up with customers regarding application status and documentation.
Understand company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements related to housing finance.
Achieve assigned learning and business targets during the training period.
