Role & responsibilities

Position - Junior Engineer / Engineer
Positive knowledge of industrial spray painting and coating processes.
Knowledge of airless spray, conventional spray, and HVLP spray systems.
Knowledge of surface preparation and industrial coating systems.
Understanding of paint mixing ratios, viscosity, pot life, and application parameters.
Knowledge of DFT measurement and coating inspection.
Familiarity with surface preparation standards such as Sa 2 / Sa 3 is preferred.
Knowledge of paint defect identification and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and customer paint specifications.
Knowledge of industrial paints such as epoxy primer, epoxy intermediate, PU/polyurethane top coat, etc.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and production/quality documentation.

Rotation shift , transport available . work location - Walajabad , Kancheepuram.
