Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to manage the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, data security, and day-to-day technical operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage computers, servers, networks, internet, software, and IT infrastructure.
Monitor system performance, backups, and data security.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT assets.
Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Maintain regular data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Monitor antivirus, firewall, email security, and system updates.
Ensure employees follow IT security policies and procedures.




Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
Respond to and manage IT security incidents and data breaches.
Maintain IT documentation, licenses, and asset records.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in IT administration/management.
Strong knowledge of Networking, Windows, Hardware, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Backup & Data Protection.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of data security and access control.
Ability to manage IT operations independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
