Handle inbound international voice and/or chat support, resolve customer queries and complaints, ensure high CSAT, escalate unresolved issues, maintain accurate logs, and meet quality and productivity targets in rotational shifts
Required Candidate profile
PUC or any graduate. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Prior international BPO experience (voice or chat) preferred but not mandatory. Freshers welcome
