Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable Python-based applications
Architect and oversee the integration of APIs, databases, and third-party tools
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers
Mentor and guide a team of Python developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
Ensure the quality of the codebase through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
Solve complex technical challenges and provide strategic solutions to meet business requirements
Keep up to date with recent technologies and trends, integrating them into projects as appropriate

Requirements




6+ years of qualified experience in Python development, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of Python frameworks (e. g. , Django, Flask, FastAPI)
Expertise in designing RESTful APIs and working with relational and NoSQL databases
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes
Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-quality software solutions
Robust problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and act decisively
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Desirable
Familiarity with front-end technologies like React or Angular
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
