Logistics Executive

We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage logistics operations, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day logistics and transportation activities.
Coordinate with transporters, drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Plan and monitor dispatch and delivery schedules.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and maintain delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other logistics documents.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for loading and dispatch activities.
Verify material quantity and documentation before dispatch.
Monitor vehicle movement and delivery status.
Handle transportation and delivery-related issues and ensure quick resolution.
Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and material movement.
Monitor logistics expenses and maintain proper documentation.
Prepare daily and monthly logistics reports.




Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures.

Requirements
Any Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in Logistics / Transportation / Warehouse Operations.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and logistics documentation.
Knowledge of e-way bills, delivery challans, and invoicing.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet delivery timelines.
