Role & responsibilities
Pilot plant scaleup: Assist in scaling up processes from lab to pilot plant, ensuring reproducibility and efficiency.
Production support: Provide handson support in production activities, including batch execution and monitoring.
Process monitoring: Track process parameters, record observations, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Analytical support: Work with QC/ADL teams to support analytical requirements during scaleup and production.
Documentation: Maintain accurate batch records, logbooks, and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
Safety compliance: Follow EHS guidelines and ensure secure handling of chemicals and equipment.
Crossfunctional collaboration: Coordinate with R&D; scientists, production teams, and QC for smooth project execution.
Qualifications & Experience
B.Sc. (Chemistry) or Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry
13 years of pharma industry experience in pilot plant scaleup and production
Knowledge of API manufacturing processes, GMP practices, and regulatory compliance
Handson exposure to wet lab techniques, process equipment, and documentation
