Rinwera Designs is looking for a Logistics & Dispatch Executive to manage outbound logistics, documentation, and coordination with transport partners. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Excel functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, and capable of ensuring smooth and timely delivery of finished garments.

Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai

Job Type: Full time | In office

Experience Required: 2+ years in logistics and dispatch (apparel or manufacturing preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage dispatch documentation (invoices, packing lists, etc.)
Coordinate with transporters for timely pickups and deliveries
Track shipments and ensure proof of delivery is received
Maintain dispatch records and daily tracking logs




Follow up with buyers and logistics partners regarding delivery timelines
Use Excel to manage data with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in logistics/dispatch, preferably in the garment or manufacturing industry
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (especially Pivot, VLOOKUP)
Strong coordination and communication skills
Understanding of transport operations and documentation procedures

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
