We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Tracking Executive to monitor vehicle movement and ensure smooth coordination from placement/loading until final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Track vehicles from placement/loading until final delivery.
Coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, and internal teams.
Monitor vehicle movement through GPS and tracking systems.
Provide regular updates regarding shipment and vehicle status.
Follow up on delays, breakdowns, route deviations, loading/unloading, and other operational issues.
Maintain daily tracking reports and MIS.
Follow up on POD/e-POD and other delivery-related documents.
Ensure timely communication and coordination for smooth delivery operations.

Requirements
Graduate candidates preferred.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation tracking, or operations.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and qualified email communication.
Candidates with prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
