Marketing Executive – Tendering & Sales Coordination

Qualification: MBA/BBA preferred; Engineering graduates with relevant marketing/sales experience can also apply.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Executive with experience in tendering, quotation preparation, sales coordination, and customer follow-ups. The role will support tender submissions, commercial documentation, customer communication, and sales back-office activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle tender search, tender documentation, and timely submission.
Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and proposal documents.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Accounts, and customers.
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order-related coordination.
Maintain quotation records, tender documents, customer databases, and MIS reports.
Track inquiries, quotations, tender deadlines, customer responses, and pending activities.
Support lead generation, online inquiries, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Prepare presentations, reports, and sales-related documentation.
Support continuous improvement in sales and tendering processes.

Required Skills




Hands-on experience in Tendering & Tender Documentation.
Experience in Quotation Preparation and Sales Coordination.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email Communication, and MIS Reporting.
Understanding of commercial terms and customer follow-up.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proactive and result-oriented approach.
Robust time management and coordination skills.

Preferred: Experience in industrial/manufacturing B2B marketing or tendering. Candidates with relevant Tendering + Quotation + Sales Coordination experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
