Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

This is an early-career design role for someone who wants to learn the craft properly. You will work on brand identity, marketing collateral, and campaign material, under the creative direction of Studio Cherian.

You will be employed by Impetus Design and work from their Bengaluru office, alongside their team. Your design work will be directed and reviewed by Studio Cherian, and you will be trained to the studio's standard.

Responsibilities
Support brand identity and design projects from concept through to delivery
Produce marketing collateral, presentations, and campaign material
Prepare artwork and files for print and digital output
Take direction well, apply feedback carefully, and iterate quickly




Maintain consistency and accuracy across every file that goes out

Requirements
0 to 2 years of experience, or a solid portfolio if you are starting out
Fluency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Real attention to detail, particularly in typography, spacing, and alignment
An eye for composition and a genuine interest in why valuable design works
Willingness to learn, and the ambition to think like an art director rather than wait to be told

Preferred
Working knowledge of After Effects or Figma
Working knowledge of latest AI tools

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
