6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementations.
Robust hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / PPM modules.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required.
Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM/PPM (preferred).
ITIL v3/v4, Secure, or Agile certifications are a plus.
