KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and coordinate labour for interior execution projects
Handle labour recruitment, scheduling and deployment
Ensure compliance with labour laws and safety regulations
Maintain attendance, working hours and performance records
Coordinate between project managers and workers
Resolve workforce-related issues and ensure smooth communication

REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Hindi speaking is mandatory
Interior project experience is preferred
Basic understanding of labour laws and safety regulations
Robust organizational and time-management skills
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
