We are looking for a solid technical Lead to drive automation and AI initiatives, combining hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Playwright, Java/Python, Generative AI, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright.
Develop AI-driven solutions using RAG and AI Agents to improve automation and engineering efficiency.




Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.
Define automation strategy, technical standards, and best practices across projects.
Lead and mentor automation engineers and collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams.
Evaluate and implement emerging AI and automation technologies.

Key Qualifications:
Solid hands-on experience with Playwright and Java and/or Python.
Hands-on experience with RAG implementation and AI Agent development.
Practical experience with CI/CD and DevOps.
Proven technical leadership and experience leading automation initiatives.
Robust software engineering and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
Experience in the Recruiting/HR domain is an added advantage.
Exposure to LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and AI frameworks is preferred.
