We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day workplace IT operations, user support, devices, Microsoft 365, network, Wi-Fi, and meeting room technology.

Key Responsibilities
User onboarding/offboarding, account creation, access activation/deactivation.
Manage Microsoft 365 administration & licensing, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
Configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, applications, printers and peripherals.
Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, VPN, DNS/DHCP and basic network troubleshooting.
Setup and troubleshoot Video Conferencing / meeting room systems, cameras, microphones, displays, etc.
Manage IT assets, allocation, inventory, returns and replacements.
Handle software installation, system configuration and security updates.
Coordinate with vendors/ISP for hardware, network and service issues.
Maintain IT documentation and support records.
