Job Title: Voice Process Associate US Healthcare
Handle inbound/outbound calls for US healthcare clients.
Communicate with patients, providers, insurance companies, and healthcare representatives.
Handle queries related to insurance eligibility, advantages, claims, billing, appointments, etc.
Verify and update patient/member information accurately.
Maintain proper documentation of all calls and interactions.
Follow process SOPs, call scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of PHI and follow HIPAA regulations.
Resolve queries or escalate issues as per process requirements.
Meet quality, productivity, AHT, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
Excellent English communication, listening, and interpersonal skills required.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/tools.
Graduate in any discipline; US healthcare/BPO experience preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills can be considered.
Comfortable working in US/night shifts.
Prior experience in US healthcare, medical billing, claims, insurance, or eligibility is an added advantage.
