Create and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
Integrate Microsoft 365 applications, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and third-party systems.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable automation and AI solutions.
Develop conversational experiences, topics, entities, and knowledge integrations for copilots.
Configure connectors, APIs, and custom integrations to support business requirements.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows and copilot performance.
Ensure solutions comply with organizational security, governance, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to identify automation prospects.
Provide technical guidance, documentation, and user training.
