International Voice Process Executive – Fresher/Experience

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused to join our International Voice Process team. The selected candidates will handle customer calls for UK and US-based clients, understand customer requirements, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from UK and US customers.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Maintain positive call quality and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility
12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Freshers are welcome to apply.




Good English communication skills – verbal and written.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in UK/US shifts.
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
