Position: Mechanical Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall mechanical maintenance activities of the plant.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot industrial machinery and minimize equipment downtime.
Handle maintenance of pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Plan machinery installation, commissioning and shutdown maintenance.
Manage maintenance spares, inventory and external vendors/contractors.
Lead and supervise the maintenance team and allocate daily work.
Identify recurring equipment issues and implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Coordinate with the Production team to ensure smooth plant operations.
Maintain maintenance records,



reports and schedules.
Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Solid knowledge of industrial mechanical maintenance.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Team handling and leadership skills.
Knowledge of fabrication, welding, piping, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Maintenance planning and preventive maintenance knowledge.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 4+ years in industrial/manufacturing plant maintenance.
