Product and Mould Design &
Development:
Design injection/blow product/moulds, and other precision tooling using CAD software (SolidWorks)
Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing.
Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
Project Execution:
Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to validate mould designs.
Participate in prototype testing and modifications based on test results.
Material &
Process Selection:
Select appropriate materials for mould construction based on product requirements.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source components.
Quality &
Compliance:
Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards and client specifications.




Conduct design reviews and implement necessary improvements.
Work in accordance with ISO and other quality management standards.
Collaboration &
Documentation:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and sales.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs, revisions, and technical specifications.
Provide technical support during the mould manufacturing process and troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience
SolidWorks: 2 years (Preferred)
plastic product design: 2 years (Preferred)
