Role & responsibilities
Handle all legal matters related to debt recovery and protect the companys interests using SARFAESI and other legal actions.
Assist in taking possession of properties with the help of police and Magistrate.
Manage legal cases related to recovery and handle physical possession under SARFAESI law.
Visit NPA (Non-Performing Asset) accounts with the collection team to speed up recovery.
File petitions under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 in CMM/DM courts.
Coordinate with police officials and Magistrates for legal processes.
Ensure all work follows audit requirements, RBI rules, and company policies.
Use basic tools like Excel, MS Word, and online legal platforms.
Understand the basic process of collections and NPA handling.
Draft legal petitions and documents.

Visit banks to take recent case assignments and provide updates on ongoing cases

Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: Law Graduate
Experience: 23 years of court experience
