Skills Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in a machine manufacturing setting, ideally with prior supervisor or team lead exposure.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in CNC/VMC/VTL machine setup and control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens).
Competency in using ERP or MRP software for data entry and material tracking.
Practical knowledge of quality tools like SPC, PFMEA, and 7 QC tools. [, 2, 3]
