Job Summary
To assist and supervise day to day OT store activities
Indenting material from central store.
Ensuring the monitoring and updating the all material at regular interval and set ROL.
Preparing all surgical kits as per OT booking list in advance as well as for stand by emergency kit.

Job Profile
Checking, verifying and receiving the material through barcode scanning against indents.
Storing of materials as per location decided on FIFO basis.
Checking of returns unused kits for OT’s and confirming the charging to the patient on billing sheets.
Taking request from the surgeon regarding recent material requirement for the cases.
Forwarding consignment request to purchase department through central store.




Receiving of consignment materials charging at OT store location and acknowledged on suppliers challans.
Forwarding consignment charging documents to purchase for patient billing through HIS.
Issuing gate pass for non use consignments materials.
Monitoring monthly expiry and non moving materials as per monthly schedule.
Co-ordinating with central store of damaged/defective/nonmoving/near expiry materials.
Attending emergency cases as an when required like LTR.
Preventing materials from lost or from damage.
