Savaliya Buildcon LLP is looking for a Legal Executive for our Ahmedabad office.

Requirements
LLB is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of experience is required.
Candidate must have experience in:
Land and property law
Revenue practice
Real estate legal work
Valuable knowledge of land and property documents.
Experience in checking property title and ownership documents.
Experience in drafting and checking legal documents.
Should be able to understand land/revenue records.
Gujarati language knowledge is preferred.

Job Responsibilities
Handle legal work related to land and property.
Check land title, ownership, and property documents.
Handle revenue-related legal work and documents.
Prepare and check agreements, deeds, notices and other legal documents.




Check legal documents before land/property transactions.
Coordinate with advocates, government offices, revenue authorities and registration offices.
Handle legal work related to real estate projects.
Maintain proper records of legal and property documents.
Support management in land and property legal matters.

Job Type: Full time Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Qualification: LLB

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
