Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth in the industrial equipment industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch recent products and services, ensuring successful product positioning and go-to-market plans.
Present, promote, and explain company products/services to clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion into business.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, accounts) for smooth order processing and delivery.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide proper solutions. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems.
