Job Summary:

We are looking for an Inventory Executive with 15 years of experience in the precious metals/jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing, tracking, and reconciling inventory of gold jewellery, coins, bullion, and other precious metal products.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day inventory of gold jewellery, coins, bullion, and other precious metal products.
Maintain accurate records of stock movement, receipts, transfers, issues, and dispatches.
Verify physical stock against system records and identify discrepancies.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
Coordinate with QC, procurement, sales, operations, and finance teams for inventory-related activities.
Ensure proper tagging, documentation, storage, and movement of precious metal inventory.
Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory reports.




Investigate inventory variances and coordinate for timely resolution.
Maintain proper documentation and support internal/external stock audits.
Ensure adherence to inventory control processes and security protocols.

Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in inventory/stock management, preferably in the gold, jewellery, bullion, or precious metals industry.
Valuable knowledge of gold jewellery, coins, bullion, purity, karatage, weight, and basic valuation concepts.
Experience in physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
Solid coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive/high-value inventory with confidentiality and responsibility.
