In this role, you will assist Tender Project Managers and Key Account Managers by preparing documentation, analysing specifications, and supporting pricing activities. You will help improve tender processes by centralising tasks and maintaining tools, allowing teams to handle a higher number of tenders efficiently. Over time, the role offers scope to take full ownership of tenders and contribute directly to client interactions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare pre-qualification documents and proposal deliverables
Review tender specifications and prepare deviation lists
Support cost estimation and prepare price indications
Assist in risk analysis and competitor/price analysis
Maintain and improve tools, processes, and documentation

Skills:
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field
2- 3 years of experience in tendering and cost estimation
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with cost calculation or tender tools
Experience with Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar
