Required Technical and Qualified Expertise
Solid knowledge of IBM Z architecture, CPC configuration, and enterprise mainframe infrastructure.
Experience in capacity forecasting, performance modeling, processor sizing, and resource optimization.
Expertise in hardware lifecycle management, upgrade planning, and infrastructure capacity management.
Experience with financial planning, ROI analysis, and technology investment planning.




Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019, VMware ESX, and public/private cloud environments, including on-premises to cloud migrations.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Experience with IBM zPCR, zBNA, RMF, SMF, and mainframe performance analysis tools.
Knowledge of LPAR configuration, Parallel Sysplex, workload optimization, and capacity planning.
Experience supporting IBM Z hardware refreshes, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
Familiarity with financial modeling, infrastructure budgeting, cost optimization, and vendor management.
Understanding of ITIL Change Management and infrastructure governance processes.
Experience with automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), vulnerability management, Active Directory, and ADFS.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, presentation, and decision-support skills in enterprise settings.
