We are looking for a Legal skilled to primarily handle litigation matters. The role involves close coordination with external solicitors and counsel, handling high-stakes regulatory matters, and providing legal support across maritime, banking, and mining domains.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare List of Dates and Synopsis to brief the Solicitor and Counsel
Co-ordinate with the solicitors from time to time to strategize the proceedings
Research Case Laws and prepare internal Notes
Deal matters and evaluate the way forward
Vet Banking documents including Bank Guarantees, Facility Agreements, Letters of Credit, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
LLB/LLM with relevant PQE in litigation
Prior experience handling regulatory/investigative matters
Solid research and case-law analysis skills; ability to prepare briefs and internal notes
Excellent coordination skills to liaise with external solicitors and counsel
