Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs and material estimates for electrical works.
Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documents.
Prepare and check BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, procurement, and subcontractors.
Maintain accurate quantity surveying and commercial records.
Assist with tendering and comparison of supplier/subcontractor quotations.
Ensure measurements and billing are prepared accurately and on time.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering,
1 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably with electrical or MEP projects.
Valuable understanding of electrical construction works and materials.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, measurement, and project billing.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft
