Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and agile Marketing Manager to plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, attract customers, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement overall marketing strategies and plans.
Promote the company's products and services through effective marketing activities.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
Analyze competitors and identify current business opportunities.
Plan and manage promotional campaigns, events, and brand activities.
Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.




Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports for management.
Lead and coordinate the marketing team and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, sales, branding, or business development.
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of market research, customer behavior, and competitor analysis.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to develop creative strategies and solve business challenges.
