Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine chemical and physical testing of milk, dairy products
Perform analysis of parameters such as fat, SNF, protein, moisture, acidity, pH, salt, density, and total solids, as applicable.
Conduct quality testing of dairy products including cheese, mozzarella, cream cheese, butter, ghee, and other processed dairy products. Or should have learning ability .
Perform adulteration and quality checks on incoming raw materials and milk.
Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents, solutions, and chemicals according to approved procedures.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as pH meter, analytical balance, moisture analyzer, milk analyzer, titration equipment, spectrophotometer, and other QC instruments.




Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, HACCP, food-safety, and laboratory safety procedures.
Coordinate with Production, QA, R&D;, and other departments for quality-related activities. Required Qualifications
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or a related discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
