Role & responsibilities
Conduct insurance surveys and inspections as per IRDAI regulations and company requirements.
Assess the nature, cause, and extent of losses and damages.
Inspect properties, stocks, machinery, equipment, and other insured assets, as applicable.
Prepare detailed survey reports, loss assessment reports, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with policyholders, insurance companies, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Verify policy coverage, claim documents, and relevant supporting records.
Conduct site visits and investigations for assigned claims.
Ensure timely submission of survey reports and claim assessments.
Maintain accurate records and comply with IRDAI guidelines and skilled standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Must hold a valid IRDAI Surveyor & Loss Assessor Licence in the relevant department/category.
Experience in insurance surveying and loss assessment is preferred.
Robust knowledge of insurance policies, claims, and loss assessment procedures.
Positive analytical, investigation, and report-writing skills.
Ability to independently handle site inspections and claim assignments.
