Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of guests around swimming pools and other aquatic areas. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of lifeguarding experience, strong swimming skills, and the ability to respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor swimming pools and aquatic areas to ensure guest safety.
Prevent accidents by enforcing pool safety rules and regulations.
Respond immediately to emergencies and perform water rescues when required.
Provide first aid and CPR when necessary.
Maintain constant awareness of swimmers and surrounding areas.
Inspect pool areas and safety equipment regularly.
Report accidents, hazards, or unsafe conditions to management.
Assist guests with safety-related questions and concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the pool area.
Complete daily safety and incident reports.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of skilled lifeguard experience.
Robust swimming and water-rescue skills.
Valid Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED certification preferred/required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergencies.
Physically fit and capable of performing rescue and first-aid duties.
Responsible, alert, and customer-service oriented.
Preferred Qualities
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Skilled and friendly attitude.
Positive teamwork and discipline.
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
