Maintenance Service Coordinator

Location: Office and Field Operations

Experience: 5–6 Years

Education: Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering

CTC: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate breakdown calls, technician deployment and emergency repairs.
Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and service schedules.
Coordinate with OEMs for technical support, spare parts, updates and warranty claims.
Inspect repaired equipment and ensure safety, quality and service standards.
Prepare quotations, work orders, spare-parts requisitions and service documentation.
Coordinate billing, warranty claims and customer payment follow-ups.
Communicate with clients on repair status, timelines and equipment readiness.
Allocate and monitor work among technicians, mechanics and electricians.

Ideal Candidate: Robust coordination, communication and technical skills with hands-on experience in cranes/heavy lifting equipment maintenance. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
