Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall supervision and smooth functioning of the laboratory, including staff coordination, equipment maintenance, sample collection, result verification, documentation, and communication of key results.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide laboratory staff.
Ensure proper collection and verification of samples and test results.
Maintain laboratory records and documentation accurately.
Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Coordinate timely servicing and maintenance of laboratory machines.
Communicate key test results and relevant information to patients appropriately.
