Role & responsibilities
Will lead and manage the organization's learning and development function by identifying training needs, designing and implementing capability-building initiatives, coordinating internal and external training programs, and ensuring workforce competence aligns with business objectives.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Learning & Development in a managerial role. Should have experience in manufacturing or industrial settings. Experience in technical, compliance, behavioral, and leadership training programs. Must know to talk and read Kannada.
