Solid knowledge of various trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Execute scheduled PM tasks on equipment, systems, and guest rooms to prevent failures and maintain standards.
Swiftly and professionally address guest maintenance requests and service calls (e.g., broken TVs, slow drains).
Monitor and maintain fire alarm systems, ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, and practice "safety first".
Perform painting, minor renovations, landscaping, pool cleaning,



and general upkeep of public and private areas.
Keep accurate logs, track maintenance records, manage inventory, and requisition parts.
Be available to act quickly during emergencies (power outages, system failures) to protect guests and the property.
Work with front desk, housekeeping, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with technical setups and breakdowns for meetings and events.
