Reporting To: Admin / Maintenance Manager

Experience

1–5 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.

Qualification & Experience
ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant technical qualification preferred.
Valid P.W. Electrical Licence – Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out regular inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical and utility systems.
Attend electrical and mechanical breakdowns and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain electrical panels, wiring, switches, lights, motors, pumps, fans, and other electrical equipment.
Monitor and maintain ACs, generators, compressors, water pumps, and other utility equipment.
Carry out troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
Supervise electrical maintenance work and ensure work is performed safely.
Coordinate with external contractors, electricians,



and maintenance vendors when required.
Maintain records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and spare parts.
Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
Support installation, shifting, and commissioning of electrical/equipment systems.
Identify potential maintenance and safety issues and take corrective action.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and statutory requirements.
Handle emergency maintenance requirements and breakdowns as needed.
Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
