Role & responsibilities
Operate marking machines used for marking orthopaedic implants and surgical instruments.
Perform laser marking / dot-peen or other product-marking operations as required.
Set up the machine and select appropriate marking parameters.
Ensure correct depth, position, size, alignment and readability of markings.
Inspect marked components using measuring and inspection instruments.
Maintain proper identification and traceability of components.
Perform basic machine cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Follow company quality, safety and production procedures.
Maintain production and inspection records.
