Key Responsibilities
Assist senior maintenance engineers in preventive and breakdown maintenance of press-shop equipment.
Learn and perform routine inspection of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Assist in troubleshooting machine breakdowns and identifying basic faults.
Check machine conditions such as oil level, lubrication, leakage, abnormal noise, vibration, and temperature.
Assist in maintenance of mechanical and hydraulic presses.
Support maintenance of motors, gearboxes, pumps, cylinders, valves, sensors, and conveyors.
Assist in checking electrical panels, switches, sensors, limit switches, and control circuits under supervision.
Follow preventive-maintenance schedules and complete maintenance checklists.
Record machine breakdowns, maintenance activities, and downtime.




Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for repeated machine failures.
Support spare-parts identification and maintain basic spare-parts records.
Follow LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), PPE, machine safety, and EHS procedures.
Maintain positive housekeeping and follow 5S practices in the press shop.
Coordinate with production operators during maintenance activities.
Participate in TPM and continuous-improvement activities.
Learn the operation and maintenance requirements of different press-shop machines.

Pay: ₹10,656.11 - ₹15,000.00 per month
