Age: Below 40 Years

Required Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Must have experience handling/selling 1 Cr+ real estate projects/properties.
Strong experience in residential real estate sales will be preferred.
Candidates residing in or near Kothrud will be preferred.
Should have good knowledge of the Kothrud and nearby Pune real estate market.
Excellent *English communication skills are Mandatory
Candidate should be well-presented, confident, and professional.

Key Responsibilities
Handle leads and generate recent business opportunities.




Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Conduct property/project presentations and site visits.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Handle negotiations and support customers through the booking process.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
Coordinate with CRM, pre-sales, and internal teams for smooth closures.
Maintain knowledge of project specifications, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
Ensure a skilled customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
