Sales & Business Development
Generate current leads through referrals, networking, partnerships, events, and outbound activities.
Respond to and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.
Understand prospective clients' fitness and wellness goals and recommend the right MuscleHeadon program.
Conduct studio tours and client consultations.
Convert leads into paid memberships/programs while maintaining a premium client experience.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.

Marketing
Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.




Develop partnerships with corporates, luxury brands, residential communities, hotels, cafés, influencers, and other relevant businesses.
Support social media campaigns, events, activations, and lead-generation initiatives.
Identify prospects to increase MuscleHeadon's visibility within the premium Mumbai market.
Coordinate with the social media/content team to support marketing campaigns.
Track campaign performance and suggest ways to improve lead generation and conversion.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
