Role Description Senior QA Automation Engineer Experience: 8+ Years

Must-Have Skills
8+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
Strong hands-on experience in Java.
Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver and UI test automation.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test processes, and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Hands-on experience in API Testing, including RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Experience working with Kafka and event-driven architectures/integrations.
Working knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure-as-code tools, including:
AWS CDK
AWS SAM
AWS CloudFormation
Experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
Solid knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum development settings.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Expertise in API automation and end-to-end test automation.
Experience testing distributed, cloud-native,



and event-driven applications.
Ability to mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to overall QA and automation strategies.
