Junior Architect

We are looking for a Junior Architect (B.Arch) with a minimum of 1 year of qualified experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in architectural modelling, space planning, 3D visualization, and design development, with a good eye for detail and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed space plans.
Prepare accurate 3D models and visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
Translate design concepts into detailed 3D models and presentation-ready visuals.
Assist in developing design drawings, presentations, and project documentation.
Coordinate design requirements and incorporate feedback into drawings and models.
Work closely with senior architects and the design team throughout project development.
Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Arch / Bachelor of Architecture degree.
Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.




Strong understanding of space planning and architectural design principles.
Excellent 3D modelling and visualization skills.
Proficiency in:
3ds Max
SketchUp
Corona Renderer
D5 Render
Good understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and architectural visualization.
Strong attention to detail and ability to develop designs from concept to visualization.
Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
A creative approach with the ability to understand and execute design intent.

Preferred Candidate A detail-oriented and creative architect who can independently handle 3D modelling and space planning, while working collaboratively with the design team to deliver high-quality architectural concepts and visualizations. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
