Role & Responsibilities
Examine patients, assess their medical conditions, and provide appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
Conduct OPD consultations and attend to patients as per clinical requirements.
Take patient history, perform physical examinations, and recommend necessary investigations.
Prescribe medicines and treatment plans as per diagnosis and established medical protocols.
Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment when required.
Identify medical emergencies and provide appropriate initial management or refer patients to specialists when necessary.
Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records and documentation.
Explain diagnosis, treatment plans, medications, and preventive care to patients and their attendants.
Coordinate with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare specialists for patient care.
Follow hospital/clinic policies, medical guidelines, and applicable healthcare standards.
Maintain skilled and ethical standards while providing patient care.
